Welcome to Expert Language Academy ("ELA"). By accessing or using our lesson booking platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent)
• Agree to comply with these Terms of Use
• Have read and understood our Privacy Policy

2. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3. Lesson Booking & Credits

• Lessons must be booked during available time slots shown on the platform
• Credits are deducted upon successful lesson booking
• Cancellation policies apply as specified in your booking confirmation
• No-shows may result in credit forfeiture

4. Student Conduct

As a student, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled lessons on time via your Microsoft Teams link
• Treat teachers with respect and professionalism
• Provide valid contact information for lesson communications
• Not share your account with others

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the ELA platform, including lesson materials, logos, and design elements, is owned by Expert Language Academy and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

ELA provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific learning outcomes or results
• Third-party services (Microsoft Teams, email providers)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Use
• Engage in abusive behavior toward teachers or staff
• Attempt to misuse the platform or its features

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
